A support group or an online community can help some find hope and understanding. The following groups have been established by or are facilitated by people who themselves live with pain.

Australian Pain Management Association Support Groups

Beyond Blue Forum

Beyond Blue provides information and support to people with mental health issues. One of its services is an online forum for people with trauma and chronic physical illness.
