how to use

A wraparound accessory for PainPod or Hidow devices to specifically treat the Foot, Ankle or Shin area.

The larger silicone conductive pads provide excellent distribution that can be isolated to the foot, achilles or shin.  Use with the Perfect Conductor Spray for best results.

Please take the time to read this instructions and all other information leaflets included with this device.

You will need 1 x Foot Wrap, 1 x PainPod or Hidow Device, 1 or 2 x Electrode Wires, Perfect Conductor Spray.

Establish if you will use the short end or long end on your foot area, this may be determined by the size of your foot.

Spray Pad Area with Perfect Conductor Spray.

Apply the Foot Wrap to foot and secure with the Velcro straps.

Attach Electrode Wire clips to the clip studs on the Foot Wrap over the pain areas, depending on your device you can use 1 or 2 wires.

Plug Electrode Wire jack into device port or connect receiver if using Bluetooth.

Switch device on, select Mode and Intensity level.
