Hidow Pro Touch

how to use

Hidow’s newest multi-stim model; the Pro Touch Wireless is a premium Electronic Muscle Stimulator which features a touch screen and is wire free! Experience TENS and EMS at home, on the go, during exercise or workout, or while performing simple tasks.. all while the device itself can be stored meters away from you and your activities!

Please take the time to read this instructions and all other information leaflets included with this device.

You will need the Hidow Pro Touch Wireless device, one Receiver, one extension wire, one Hidow AcuElbow Wrap and Perfect Conductor spray.

Clip the extension wire onto the Receiver.

Clip the Receiver and the extension wire onto the AcuElbow Wrap.

Spray Perfect Conductor on the pad area.

Close velcro tabs loosely.

Slide arm into the AcuElbow Wrap and position pads over the pain area.

Tighten the velcro tabs for a snug fit.

Turn on the Receiver.

Turn on the device with ON/OFF Switch, select mode and intensity level.
