Where do you see yourself in the next 5 years with your endeavours?

Doing what I love… continuing to try to inspire & guide the next generation of tennis players coming up through coaching & competing whenever possible.

What advice would you give to your younger self?

Enjoy & appreciate how lucky you are to pursue and do the things you love. Enjoy the journey towards your goals as much as possible.

How did you enter the professional sport world?

I qualified into a professional tennis event held in Perth & took off from there.

What are the keys to success for anyone looking to replicate a similar pathway?

Consistency, showing up every day & just trying to get a little bit better each day. Progress is key, not perfection. Patience & persistence are a massive part of success.

How do you successfully manage your life and training balance?

Great question. I find myself asking the same question! Routine, schedule & probably my lack of ability to be able to sit still! Ha!No, again its consistency, find a good routine that works & setting out to execute it every day. There is no secret to juggling every day life, business, pleasure and family. To me having a great team around you is important & both my Academy & Family provide that. Which I am extremely grateful for.

What do you use your PainPod for?

I use my PainPod for recovery & injury prevention.

What is your favourite PainPod accessory?

Tough one… definitely the Pain Pod 3 Tens Machine & the PainPod Heat! Couldn’t live or do what I do day in day out without those two Pain Pod accessories!
