Shipping policy

All items are shipped via Australia Post for standard shipping, free express shipping, paid express shipping and light shipping with no tracking. Some orders will be sent by courier, either TNT Road Express or Startrack Road Express if they cannot be accepted by Australia Post. 

Items are usually dispatched within 24 working hours with tracking information sent as it is available.

Any items that cannot be tracked cannot be replaced if they go missing and this is stipulated if you select the non tracked option.
