The wrap goes around the foot and lower leg with larger silicone conductive pads built in, so the sensation can be isolated to the foot itself, the achilles, or up the shin depending on what's sore.

Because the pads are part of the wrap there's nothing adhesive to apply, which suits an area that's awkward to reach and hard to keep pads on. A Perfect Conductor Spray sample is included, along with two replacement stud covers.
