The BodySystems Socks are the larger of the two sock options, woven from stretchable material with conductive fibres running through them. The contact area covers the foot and lower leg, spreading the sensation more evenly than pads can across an awkward shape.

Wear them as a pair, or use a single sock with a pad on one electrode wire when only one side needs treating. If the sensation feels weak, moisturise or moisten the skin first, or use the Perfect Conductor spray - dry skin is usually the reason.
