painpod bio socks

how to use

The lightweight Bio Socks are made from stretchable materials woven with gentle conductive fibres. They have a large conductivity area; providing excellent treatment distribution and stimulating reflex areas on the feet and lower limbs when used with a PainPod device (not included). Use as a pair or single sock & pad on one electrode wire.

Please take the time to read this instructions and all other information leaflets included with this device.

01

Insert the electrode wires into ports 'A' or 'B'.

02

Connect one Sock to each electrode wire.

03

Fit both Socks.

04

Turn on device with ON/OFF Switch.

05

Select preferred mode and adjust intensity to a comfortable level.

TIP

To use one Sock, apply the Pad close but not touching the Sock.

Moisturiser can also be applied to the foot to help with conductivity.

You can also apply pressure to your foot on the floor.
