The knee wrap carries four large silicone conductive pads, so the sensation can be placed across the top, the bottom, either side, or diagonally across the joint. The Lite clips straight onto it, and the short extension wire lets you run any two of the four pads.

Choose the two-device option and you can use all four pads at once, or run the second Lite somewhere else on the body at the same time. Each device arrives in its own box with its own gel pads, so the second one works independently rather than only as part of the wrap.
