PainPod Lite is a wearable device that delivers TENS and EMS through included gel pads, or clips straight onto one of our wraps and accessories. TENS may help by blocking pain signals before they reach the brain and can prompt the body to release endorphins. EMS contracts the muscle, which may help release tension, support recovery and promote circulation, while feeling like a gentle massage.

It is light, portable and easy to use, so it suits everyday relief at home, at the desk or on the move. Contact needs to be made with the skin first - the safety mechanism will not let the intensity rise until it detects full contact. As a general guide, aim for around 30 minutes on, then 30 minutes off.
