The Hidow Wireless 4-9 pairs a palm-sized controller with two wireless receivers, so there are no wires running from the controller to your pads or accessories. TENS may help by blocking pain signals from reaching the brain, while EMS contracts the muscle to help ease tension, support recovery and encourage circulation.

With extra receivers, you can treat up to four areas, or four people, at the same time. It suits relief on the move, warming up before activity or a relaxing session afterwards. It works with our accessories and gel pads, apart from the Heat Pad. As a general guide, aim for around 30 minutes on, then 30 minutes off.
